Additional Facts

• Introduced in Operation: Rolling Thunder.
• The Flak Tank cannot hit Hellfire missiles.
• Keep your Flak Tanks away from walls because Level 10 Hellstorms players will aim at the walls and the Flak Tanks will be killed in the splash damage.
• Flak Tanks have increased range (20%) when defending, making them arguably the best anti air defense. Refer to here.
• When firing from cover, this unit does not leave a trail of rounds which would otherwise give away it's position to an attacker.
• When sending Flak Tanks into the world map, it's best not to have the whole platoon made up of Flak Tanks. They are unable to defend against ground attacks and fast flying aircraft such as the Thunderbolt , the Raptor& the Slayer Drone .
• It bears resemblance to the German WirbelWind Flak Tank.
• 'Flak' is an acronym of the German words 'Flugzeug Abwehr Kanone' which means Anti-Aircraft Cannon.
• Flak Tank Level 1 can outrange Copter Drones Level 10, Cobra Level 8, Elite /Warhawk Level 6, Havoc Level 10, Reaper Drone Level 10 & Halcyon level 8.
• Flak Tank Level 3 can outrange Cobra Level 10, Elite /Warhawk Level 10, Hellstorm level 2 & Halcyon level 10.
• Flak Tank Level 6 can out range Hellstorm level 4.
• Flak Tank Level 9 can out range  Hellstorm level 7.
• Flak Tank Level 10 can out range  Hellstorm Level 10.
• It can hit the Valkyrie and Elite Valkyrie (the only Infantry Units it can hit)
• When you attack a rogue base with a Silo , You could use a mix of Riflemen and Flak Tank because all the drones will arrive on 1 group easy to destroy with Flak Tank and the rifflemen take care of Slayers Drones and Wing drones .
